When he’s not preparing his legs for an epic bicycle ride across the country, Eric enjoys profiling Tampa Bay’s many interesting residents and businesses. The upstate New York native is a former staff writer for the St. Petersburg Times and a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism.
