Born and raised in Boca Grande, FL, Rey graduated from the University of Tampa and holds degrees in both Journalism and Government and World Affairs. She enjoys boating, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. She loves to travel, and has hopes of acquiring her private pilot's license in the near future.
